We attended a presentation of an opera at the palazzo. The ensemble was strong, particularly the female lead. And, although not housed in a opera house, they made good use of the Palazzo by moving us through rooms and presenting different scenes in different rooms. An added bonus was an existing chapel that was quite beautiful that you could visit.
Went for a short evening of classical music and opera. There's a bar and you are allowed to enjoy your beverage in the theater during the show. Staff is friendly and helpful.
What an amazing experience, from the amazing bar service, to the astounding voices of the tenor and soprano, to the infallible dexterity of the violinist, cello, viola etc. We went through a range of emotions with them.
And to top that up, it was my fiancé's birthday on that that, and they made sure to make it special. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you people are brilliant.
Also, the Pallazo is extremely rich in history, and it looks amazing. Go check it out!!!! IT'S AN ORDER

I don't understand why this isn't advertised more or more well known. Amazing performance of the well known classical pieces of music for a relatively cheap price. Casual wear is accepted and there is a lovely bar in the waiting room

Five of us went to a concert here last Wednesday evening. What a beautiful and unexpected pleasure. The theatre itself is elegant and classy with a great cocktail bar - and barman! The interior is richly decorated with red velvet and the overall ambience is very appealing. The performers treated the audience to a selection of well-known songs and pieces - O Solo Mia, Verdi's Drinking Song, Vivaldi's Spring, etc. They were all excellent. We had a chat with the manager as we left and really were impressed at the dedication of everybody associated with this great little venue. Go along - you won't regret it!
